Marilyn White Radebe is the Founder of Precisional Growth. She is also founder of Soma Solutions and Edu-Supply. Marilyn began her career in the ICT industry 20 years ago. Throughout the 20 year career span Marilyn has worked for Forge Ahead BMI-T, Dimension Data, Unilever, Accenture and T-Systems. Marilyn has a passion for innovation and female empowerment. She also currently serves as a board member of the MICT SETA, Deputy President of the Black IT Forum and Board Member of SA Women in ICT. Marilyn has been a speaker at various business and ICT events and she is a TopWomen 2020 Women in ICT Finalist.
Sonwabise Mzinyathi is the Managing Director at Precisional Growth. She is the founder and co-owner of several companies all rooted in her passion for using technology to bridge the inequality gap and address social ills. She began her career 15 years ago in diplomacy and was posted as a Diplomat for South Africa in New Delhi, India. She left diplomacy to join corporate and has worked for PR agencies and multinational companies in Technology, Data Analytics and FinTech including TBWA’s Magna Carta, Cisco, Thomson Reuters, and Refinitiv – a London Stock Exchange Business. She is in the NGO space working for global advocacy NGO, Global Citizen. Sonwabise serves on several Boards and Committees including the SA Women in ICT Forum, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment ICT Sector Council and the Cisco Charitable Foundation Trust. She is also a 2021 Young African Leader Initiative (YALI) Fellow.
