Madeleinne was born in Springbok in the Nama Khoi Municipality, Namakwa District Municipality and was raised in Soebatsfontein in the Kamiesberg area. She has served at top management level for around 23 years and boasts quite a colourful career experience.
Madeleinne has worked in two arms of the South African State – National Legislature and the Executive Arm. Within the ambit of the Executive, she served at all three levels of government – National, Provincial and Local. She is regarded as a seasoned civil servant with an acute sense of politics and a sharp analytical mind.
Madeleinne is a ground breaker and always leaves a mark wherever she finds herself. She became a proud Mum in 2018 and this has altered her high paced career life. She is now settled in Kimberley where she is employed by Salga as the Provincial Director of Operations.

Started his working career in the SA Navy some 30 years ago in the Electronic Warfare Division and subsequently transfer to IT and ISS, where he been serving in different capacity from Middle to Senior management over the last 25 years. In the SA Navy he was very instrumental in the 99 Y2K Project and the rise of Information System Security Standards. Nicromano has worked for SITA in Kimberley for the last 16 years in both National and Provincial government ISS Consultancy. He is regarded as a seasoned civil servant with an acute sense of politics and a sharp analytical mind. Proficient in all areas of Government IT.
Solid background and training in areas where technical expertise, administration, organization, communication and management are required.
Tested experience in IT, IT Security, Forensic Audits, Risk & Treat analysis, and Implementation of policies, standards and procedure.

Prior to his appointment at .ZADNA, Wesi held various roles, including deputy director of IT Strategic Support and Client Services at the University of Pretoria from April 2018. Ephraim is an IT Executive with experience in the media, health care, utilities, banking and the public sector. Currently serves as the Executive: Technology/CIO at the Film and Publication Board (FPB). Previously held various IT leadership roles and prior to joining the FPB, was the CIO at the Council for Medical Schemes. Holds a Master of IT degree from the University of Pretoria, has completed Executive Development Programme from the Wits Business School and is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).
The FPB regulates classification (age rating & consumer advice) of films, games and certain publications as well as issue licenses for commercial distribution of content inclusive of online content on streaming and digital platforms. It is also mandated to provide consumer advice and educate the public on online safety, protect children against exposure to age inappropriate content and to report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the law enforcement agencies.

She is also the National Chairperson of Progressive Blacks in ICT (PBICT) which is a lobby group with national membership of 3000 members made up of SMMEs, Professionals, Students, Youth and women in the ICT sector. PBICT has membership all 9 Provinces and their main mission is to lobby for access and ownership of black SMMEs into mainstream ICT economy. Their group also leads in the fourth
industrial revolution and innovation by building infrastructure to provide connectivity to underserviced rural areas and the group pioneers empowerment for youth and women in the ICT sector as this will become one of the biggest industries.
